Had my interview this morning; it went well, but he did say that there were a lot of applicants and he couldn't make any guarantees. I do hope they call me.

Food adventures: last time I was at Whole Foods, I discovered a bunch of dandelion greens for sale. Now, I'd heard that dandelions were originally brought to America as an edible plant, and I've always wondered what they taste like; moreover, I'm not the type of person to pick a dandelion out of the yard and chow down, so I bought them. We're eating them on our sandwiches this week. Turns out they're one of the BITTER greens... maybe we should be sauteing them with bacon?
